About Me
Thank you for visiting my blog! My name is Lisa Espich. I am married to a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. After nearly two decades of living through the turbulence of an addictive relationship, I created a plan to gain back control of my life. I discovered, through the process of making my own improvements, that my husband began to make positive changes as well. Eventually, he admitted himself into treatment, and we are now enjoying a healthy marriage.
With my newfound strength, I know that regardless of whether or not my husband remains clean, I will continue on my path of happiness and success. After creating my own program for recovery from co-addiction, and witnessing the remarkable transformation by my husband Dean, I am now passionate about helping other families to heal from the devastating effects of addiction. I have written a book, Soaring Above Co-Addiction, that shares the principles and tools I used to turn my life around. I am also utilizing my fifteen years of experience as a professional coach to facilitate workshops based on these principles. If you’d like to find out more about my book or workshops please visit my website at http://www.soaringabovecoaddiction.com
Be sure to download the free guided meditation on my homepage.
I hope you enjoy my blog, and I’d love to hear from you! You can email me at lespich@soaringabovecoaddiction.com I am also available for one-on-one coaching (either in person or by phone).

I’ve just finishing reading your posts and wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed them and how much I can relate to them.
I firmly believe that by sharing our stories we can learn to recover. Perhaps you’ll get a chance to read my story too.
Once again my thanks – Namasté – Karen
